Weight Calculation

Posted by a2karim

Indeed life is all wrong. Excessively fat (obese) want to be thin. The thinness (skinny / thin) want to be fat. Some are not overweight but want to also not thinness. Ideal. The third option seems a promising option. Usually entities that are not fat or thin is not going to see more fantastic physique ....., especially for women. So how to we can control weight, is ideal?

Categories to determine whether or not the ideal body weight, in terms of body mass index values (NiMT) as follows:
1. NiMT <19 = including thin category
2. NiMT = 19 - <25 = including the ideal category
3. NiMT = 25 - <30 = including obese category
4. NiMT = 30 - more = including the category of too fat (obesity)

The calculation is:
NiMT = BB/TB^2
Note: BB = weight in kg units; TB = height in units of meters.

Example calculation: for example a person's height by 155 cm and weight 57 kg.
NIMT = 57 / (1.55) ^ 2 = 23.7; including the ideal category.

This reference does not apply to include pregnant women, people who muscled / athletic (re quoted from ver/ir; Medika Radar Banjarmasin, Selasa, 12 Januari 2010, page 21).
